Rosie Mansfield

Book for an event

Rosie Mansfield is a no-nonsense professional nutritionist, inspiring everyday people to get into their kitchens and cook real food. Rosie sees her role as a human digestive enzyme, breaking down nutrition into bite-size chunks for people to go away and marinate on. In her debut book Food Hacker she sieves the unnecessary methods and strips recipes to their bare essentials for anyone to whip up impressive culinary eats, using ingredients and equipment we all know and love. Rosie has a unique ability to connect with every generation about how to eat in a way that is educational, sustainable and wildly entertaining. Rosie is currently ‘Good Chef’ for Channel 10's popular Australian television show Good Chef Bad Chef.
