Strawberry old Cuban
A colourful twist, the pepper puts a kick behind the sweet strawberries.
Quarter the strawberries and muddle in a shaker.
Add the mint, rum, lime juice, and white pepper syrup.
Shake over ice for 15 seconds and double strain into a coupe glass.
Top with Champagne and garnish with a strawberry.

Combine the basil, rum, lime juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker.
Fill shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Top with Champagne and garnish with a basil leaf.
