Stephanie Alexander will be joining us for a long table lunch at Rick Stein at Bannisters to talk about the 30th anniversary edition of The Cook’s Companion.

One of Australia’s great food educators, she compiled the ultimate guide to cooking, from ingredients to appliances, seasonality to challenges.

To celebrate 30 years of this classic, Stephanie has fully revised over 1000 pages to reflect the changing face of cooking and produce and changing attitudes to food.

In-conversation with Stephanie is Anneka Manning, one of Australia’s most respected baking educators, authors and communicators. Anneka has more than 35 years’ experience as a food editor, author, teacher and founder of the baking school BakeClub.
