Watermelon cucumber spritz

A fruity, summery cocktail.

A lusciously refreshing, fruity little number that is pretty in pink, bubbling with summer flavours and takes no time at all to create.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Hendrick’s Gin
  • 30ml watermelon juice
  • 30ml Prosecco
  • Top with soda water
  • Watermelon slice and cucumber slice to garnish

 

METHOD

  1. Pour all the ingredients (except the soda water) into a highball glass with ice.

  2. Top with soda water.

  3. Garnish with a watermelon slice and a cucumber slice.
