INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Hendrick’s Gin
- 30ml watermelon juice
- 30ml Prosecco
- Top with soda water
- Watermelon slice and cucumber slice to garnish
METHOD
- Pour all the ingredients (except the soda water) into a highball glass with ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a watermelon slice and a cucumber slice.
