Chia seeds and Greek yogurt bring protein, fiber, and healthy fats to this naturally sweet, satisfying dessert.

Ingredients
- 80g chia seeds
- 220g strawberries
- 200ml milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 50g granola
Method
- Divide the chia seeds among four small glass pots or tumbler glasses, then set aside.
- To a blender, add 200g strawberries, the milk and vanilla extract. Blitz until smooth, then divide this among the four glasses.
- Mix well with the chia seeds, then put into the fridge for 1 hour to set.
- Remove from the fridge, then top with the yogurt, granola and remaining strawberries.
Tip: swap the strawberries for whatever fruit you like. Mango would also work well here.
