Morris Gleitzman

Morris Gleitzman is a bestselling Australian children's author and was the Australian Children's Laureate for 2018 and 2019. His books explore serious and sometimes confronting subjects in humorous and unexpected ways. His titles include Two Weeks With The Queen, Grace, Toad Rage, Bumface, Boy Overboard, Give Peas A Chance, Extra Time, Loyal Creatures, Digging Up Dad, the Once series, and his latest book, Tweet. Morris lives in Brisbane, and his books are published in more than twenty countries.

Kristin Darell

Kristin Darell is a children's author and journalist. She wrote the best-selling junior fiction novel The Kick-Off, which launched her popular Football Fever series. After working as a broadcast journalist for more than twenty years, Kristin is now a passionate advocate for children's literature. She spends her time writing, visiting schools and libraries and working for the Australian Children's Laureate Foundation. She will be releasing an exciting new junior fiction series in September 2024.
