She developed a highly successful form of fructose malabsorption diet in her private practice and subsequently became a member of the research team which developed the Low-FODMAP Diet, which has revolutionised the management of IBS. Sue heads one of Australia’s leading dietetic practices, Shepherd Works, consulting to people throughout Australia and the world on all aspects of gastrointestinal nutrition.
