We are all about sneaking greens into our smoothies without having them taste like greens.
Perfect for breakfast or a workout, this bowl delivers mineral-rich leafy vegetables without making you feel like you're eating a salad. We called it "Green Glow" because greens are great for your skin, hair, and nails. Go greens!

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup (120 ml) orange juice
- ½ cup (120 ml) vanilla Greek or vegan yogurt
- 1 cup (30 g) fresh spinach
- 2 cups (350 g) frozen mango chunks
- 2 cups (350 g) frozen pineapple chunks
Boosters (optional):
- 1½ teaspoons chia seeds
- 1½ teaspoons hemp seeds
Topping (optional):
- Twin Coast "Famous" Granola (page 164) or Twin Coast Tropical Granola (page 167) or granola of your choice
METHOD

Pour the orange juice into a high-powered blender. Add the yogurt and spinach, followed by the mango and pineapple. Top with the chia seeds and/or hemp seeds (if using).

Begin blending at medium speed, and work your way up to high.

Use the blender's tamper to push the fruit down to the bottom and remove any air bubbles from the corners. If your blender doesn't have a tamper, turn the blender off and use a wooden spoon or spatula to push down the fruit and scrape the sides. Blend until you've reached your desired thick and smooth consistency, 2 to 3 minutes.

Scoop into your favorite bowls, and garnish with granola (if using).
