In 2020, our favourite lovable puppy celebrates his 40th birthday and we're celebrating!
First published in 1980, Where's Spot? has enchanted families for generations. The perfect first book for little ones, the playful text encourages children to read and respond, and the hide-and-seek flaps encourage curiosity and interactivity. Since bounding into publication, Spot books have been translated into over 60 languages with over 65 million copies sold worldwide.
As part of the celebrations, we have created a special edition of his very first lift-the-flap adventure, Where's Spot? Highlighting the ruby-anniversary, this gorgeous edition of the classic hide-and-seek tale is now available with a ruby foil cover and in a new large format. This new edition is a wonderful way for parents to share a much-loved favourite with their little ones.
We’ve also developed a wonderful retail promotion, including a FREE giant Spot plush toy (75cm). This giant Spot toy was developed exclusively for Penguin Random House ANZ.
We’ve also supplied retailers with online activities and social media assets to help them support this wonderful promotion. Retailers are really getting on board and celebrating, both online and in store! Join in with the tag #Spot40
