The Courage to Love

The inspirational guide to authentic relationships – from the 10 million copy bestselling author of The Courage to be Disliked

Love is more than a feeling.

It is a choice, an art, a courageous act of meeting another person as they are.

In this profound exploration of human relationships, multi-million-copy bestselling author of The Courage to be Disliked Ichiro Kishimi delves into the philosophy of what it truly means to love.

He reflects on why we too often mistake love for approval, possession or self-sacrifice, what holds us back from loving with a full heart and shows how genuine connection begins only when we have the courage to let others be free – and to let ourselves be known.

The Courage to Love is a wise and compassionate meditation on freedom, intimacy and the leap of faith at the heart of all meaningful relationships.
