Ian Collins
Book for an event
Ian Collins is a global consultant, educator and speaker at the intersection of human performance and workplace wellbeing. As the Founder and Managing Director of Wellbeing Daily, he has spent more than fifteen years helping organisations across high-risk and high-performance industries rethink the relationship between how people feel and how they perform.
His work draws on deep expertise in Human and Organisational Performance (HOP), behavioural science and wellbeing design. From offshore platforms to boardrooms, Ian has partnered with leaders and frontline teams across energy, mining, shipping, construction, manufacturing, aviation and healthcare, helping them build workplaces where people can think clearly, act safely and perform sustainably.
Ian's approach challenges the conventional separation of wellbeing and operations. He works with organisations to embed wellbeing into their systems, leadership practices and culture, treating it not as an HR initiative but as performance infrastructure. His consulting, training and diagnostic tools have been adopted by organisations across six continents.
In 2018, Ian experienced his own collapse into burnout, a personal crisis that reshaped everything he believed about performance. That journey, from depletion to recovery to a fundamentally different way of working, inspired The Wellbeing Imperative. The book brings together science, systems thinking and lived experience to offer a practical guide for leaders ready to reimagine what sustainable high performance looks like.
Ian is based in Singapore and continues to work with organisations worldwide, proving that thriving people drive safer, stronger and more successful businesses.
