A distinguished advertising agent, Barry Day has throughout his life been involved with the theatre and is adviser to the No-l Coward Estate. An Englishman based in New York, he is currently Director of Creative Communications with the Interpublic Group of Companies and a former political media adviser to both Edward Heath and Margaret Thatcher. He has been on the board of the Globe Theatre for many years and has written its official history.
