A delicious pudding that sauces itself!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (130g) self-raising (self-rising) flour
- ⅓ cup (70g) caster (superfine) sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3¼ tbsp (45g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup (90ml) milk
- 40g (1½ oz) dark (bittersweet) chocolate, cut into small chunks
Sauce:
- ½ cup (120ml) boiling water
- 2¼ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp (80g) soft dark brown sugar
METHOD

Preheat the air fryer 140°C/285°F for 3 minutes.

To a medium bowl, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, eggs, milk and dark chocolate. Stir well until combined, then pour into a baking dish that fits in the air fryer.

In a measuring jug (cup), combine the boiling water with the cocoa powder and soft brown sugar. Mix well and pour the mixture in the baking dish.

Put the dish into the air fryer and cook at 140° C/285° F for 30 minutes until set and saucy.
