Join us at The Agrarian Kitchen as Stephanie Alexander brings her anniversary tour to Tasmania to celebrate 30 years of her iconic cookbook, The Cook's Companion.
The afternoon begins with a welcome drink and seasonal snack in the garden, followed by a guided walk through our kitchen garden with founder Rodney Dunn. Guests will then sit down to a three-course menu showcasing spring dishes from The Cook's Companion, with matched Tasmanian beverages alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available), and a herbal tisane from the garden to finish.
The afternoon also includes a Q&A with Stephanie and Rodney, and the opportunity to have your copy of the book signed by Stephanie, with copies of the 30th Anniversary edition of The Cook's Companion available for purchase on the day (RRP $130).
