Join us at Dymocks Tooronga for a spooky and fun storytime reading event this Halloween!
On 26 October at 11am, children's authors Gabrielle Wang and Stuart Wilson will enchant young readers with their captivating stories.
The event is free, and if you RSVP and show your ticket, you'll enjoy a 10% discount on items purchased on the day. Bring your little ghouls and boos for a magical morning of stories, treats, and fun! Costumes welcome!
Gabrielle Wang is an award-winning Australian author and illustrator whose stories often blend Chinese and Western culture with elements of fantasy. A former Children’s Laureate, she draws on her rich heritage and love of art to create imaginative, heartfelt books for young readers.
Stuart Wilson lives in Melbourne, Australia with his wife and son. An omnivore when it comes to consuming stories, he reads too many books, watches too many films and plays too many videogames. Quite the oxymoron, he can frequently be found lost in a book. He is the author of The 113th Assistant Librarian (shortlisted for the Children’s Choice Book Awards 2025 and shortlisted for the 2025 BookPeople Awards!), its sequel, Lost in a Book, and the Prometheus High series.
