Join bestselling authors and hallmarks of romantic, rural Australian fiction, Barbara Hannay & Fiona McArthur as they discuss their new, respective novels The Garden of Hopes and Dreams and The Farmer's Friend with Camden Libraries. Both novels are available now.

Campbelltown Library are pleased to present two best-selling, award-winning, women’s fiction authors in a special online event; Fiona McArthur and Barbara Hannay.

McArthur draws from her life as a rural midwife, imbuing her writing with a respect for working with women, families and health professionals. Her warm, funny, multi-generational characters highlight the challenges of rural living and the strength shared between women in outback Australia.

Hannay draws inspiration from her life in Townsville. Several of her 50+ books are set within rural Australia, ranging from short romance novels to longer multi-generational
novels touching on the deeper aspects of family, friendship and community. Bookings are essential to secure your place.
