The Mozart Maulers

'So what's on your mind?''Mainly insanity.''Well, you've come to the right place. We do insanity in three different shades: mania, phobia, schizophrenia. What's yours?''What's in this year? I believe schizophrenia is the new black.''Is that what you think you have? Schizophrenia?'There was a silence. I cried.A sensitive young musician is clinging to sanity. In order to banish his demons, Dorian Mode is forced to embark on a regime of 'anger therapy' (that is, sport). Boxing and fencing prove disastrous. And so is born the Mozart Maulers, an unlikely team of Conservatorium of Music students who are about to get pummelled black and blue on the playing fields of rugby league.A brilliant memoir about a troubled soul who slowly discovers that life just might work out okay.
