Dr David Cavan is Consultant Physician at the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospital. He is also the co-founder of the Diabetes Education Network and former Chair of the Education and Psychosocial Care Section of Diabetes UK.

Emma Porter

Emma Porter is a passionate cook, mother and food writer who worked in corporate finance in London for six years before leaving to focus solely on her successful blog The Low Carb Kitchen (www.thelowcarbkitchen.co.uk). Followed by a global audience; Emma is dedicated to creating low-carb, nutritious and delicious recipes for the whole family.
