Sophie Missing is a writer and editor who started her career in publishing at Hodder & Stoughton and Penguin. She has written for the Guardian, the Observer, and MUNCHIES, and is the co-author of two previous cookbooks, The Little Book of Lunch and The Cornershop Cookbook. She lives in London.

Caroline Craig is an acclaimed and multi-award-winning stage, screen and voice actor. Her extensive theatre credits include starring roles with the Sydney Theatre Company, Melbourne Theatre Company, Malthouse Theatre, Griffin Theatre Company and Bell Shakespeare, amongst many others. In 2023, she appeared in Suzie Miller’s internationally acclaimed stage drama, Prima Facie, for the State Theatre Company of South Australia. Caroline’s tour de force portrayal of ‘Tessa’ in this solo show garnered glowing reviews and standing ovations. She recently worked on the national tour of Joanna Murray Smith’s hit play Julia for Melbourne Theatre Company/Sydney Theatre Company) and Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None.

Caroline’s many screen credits include roles in some of Australia’s best-loved television drama series, including the phenomenal crime franchise, Underbelly, which she also narrated across three series. Caroline’s role as Sergeant Tess Gallagher on Australia’s longest-running police drama series, Blue Heelers (Seven Network) made her a household name. Caroline has also voiced prime-time factual series Medical Emergency ICU, Spotlight, Murder Uncovered and Missing Persons Investigations
