About the author
Mark Sanborn is an internationally-known motivational speaker. He has served as the president of the National Speakers' Association and and is a member of the Speaker Hall of Fame. He is the president of Sanborn and Associates Inc, an ideas studio for leadership development. He gives talks to over one hundred business audiences a year on such topics as leadership, team building, customer service and mastering change. He is the author of eight books, including The Fred Factor: How Passion in Your Life and Work Can Turn the Ordinary into the Extraordinary, which has sold over 1.6 million copies internationally. His latest book is Fred 2.0: New Ideas on How to Keep Delivering Extraordinary Results (2013).
