She teaches cheese retail courses for the Guild of Fine Food and is an accredited trainer for the Academy of Cheese, where she teaches in person in the UK and for overseas delegates. She is an international cheese judge and has judged for numerous competitions including the World Cheese Awards, International Cheese Awards, and many more.
