Anne Tourney knew that she was born to write sexy fiction when her first published story was anthologised in Best American Erotica 1994. Since then, her short stories have continued to appear in top erotica anthologies, including Best American Erotica, Best Women's Erotica and The Mammoth Book of Best New Erotica. Her alter-ego, Alaine Hood, writes novels for Black Lace.
