Made to Nourish

The easy way to fuel your body well, designed by a dietitian

Dietitian Rose Ruiz is here to help you cut through the noise and learn how to nourish yourself from the inside out.

Eating well shouldn’t mean restriction, sacrifice or taking the joy out of food. In Made to Nourish, Rose brings together evidence-based nutrition and delicious, practical recipes to help you fuel your body well, feel energised and build healthy habits you’ll actually want to keep.

Whether you want to support an active lifestyle, make better everyday choices or simply feel more confident in the kitchen, Rose will teach you how to eat, not just what to eat.

Inside you’ll find:
- clear, accessible guidance on protein and other macros, micronutrients, hydration, supplements, sleep and stress
- practical advice for pre-training snacks, post-exercise meals, meal planning and prep
- 75 vibrant recipes for breakfasts, main meals, snacks and desserts, with plenty of prep-ahead options

Because nourishing yourself well isn’t about eating perfectly. It’s about understanding what your body needs and enjoying the food that gets you there.
