Holomonsters

Pokemon meets Jurassic World in this fantastic, action-packed new series.

Holomonsters – join the game that comes alive . . .

In Holomonsters, the fantastical creatures depicted on game cards are projected into the real world as holograms, to do battle in playgrounds, homes and TV studios around the world.

But when superfan Newt Hawkin is invited to Holomonsters HQ to beta test a new form of the game, he soon discovers not all is as it seems. The holomonsters here are louder, larger and more lifelike than before – and increasingly unpredictable.

Soon Newt learns that the engineers behind Holomonsters are using magic to enhance the game to dangerous new levels. Can Newt stop them before the holomonsters break free from their creators' control for good . . . ?

About the author

Lee Newbery

Lee Newbery lives with his son and dog in a seaside town in West Wales. By day he works for a charity, helping people to share their stories through creative writing, painting and participatory arts, and by night he sits down at his laptop to write.

His first book, The Last Firefox, won the Wales Book of the Year People's Choice Award and was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children's Book Prize.

Lee enjoys adventuring, drinking ridiculous amounts of tea, and giving his dog a good cuddle - or a cwtch, as they say in Wales.
