About the author

Chevahn Brown

Chevahn Brown has been a storyteller since childhood. While attending the Winsor School, she self-published young adult dramas. She honed her craft at the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied creative writing. She later earned her MFA in screenwriting for film and television from Boston University’s College of Communication. Her thriller television pilot, Kane, placed in the international Final Draft Big Break Contest, launching her into the world of storytelling and higher education.

As an adjunct professor of screenwriting, Chevahn has taught at Emerson College, Lesley University, and Boston University. She also runs the Write Story Editorial, a narrative consulting company, where she coaches writers and hosts a story-development group. Passionate about nurturing young writers, she leads creative writing workshops at the Muse Writers Center. Her stories often explore alternate realities, the multiverse, and the profound complexities of fate, love, and free will.

She resides in Boston with her two bright and curious children.
