Tom Colicchio is chefowner of Craft and Craftbar, chef co-owner of Gramercy Tavern (all in New York) and chef of Craftsteak (in Las Vegas). An inductee to the James Beard Foundation who's who of food and beverage in America, Tom was also named Best Chef: New York City 2002.
