Dr Robert Waldinger is Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, director of the Harvard Study of Adult Development at Massachusetts General Hospital and a Zen master. He also is a practicing psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. His book, The Good Life, co-written with Marc Schulz, was a New York Times and international bestseller and was published in over 40 countries.
