Noah Daniel Stern is a self-taught home cook from New York City. He has been cooking since 2011 when he was diagnosed with celiac disease and disappointed with his safe food options. Currently a student at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, he hopes to eventually own and operate his own food business.
