Nigel Barlow

Nigel Barlow read law at Oxford and trained as a barrister. He is the founder of Service Legends, the international consultancy that specialises in inspiring organisations to apply creative approaches to customer servie. He was a founding director of TPG Partners, the UK consulting wing of the Tom Peters Group.
