Manouchka Charles is a pastor, speaker, and author who believes deeply in the power of the gospel to transform lives. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she now calls Miami home, where she serves on the lead team at VOUS Church.
With a degree in hospitality, Manouchka has always been drawn to creating spaces where people feel seen, welcomed, challenged and encouraged—whether she’s preaching, teaching, or sitting around a table with people she loves.
Manouchka speaks at churches and conferences across the country and is passionate about walking alongside others as they grow in their faith and discover who they are in Christ. At the heart of everything she does is a desire to help people live with joy, freedom, and purpose in every season.
