Lou Robbie is a professional chef and busy mum of 2. She has always loved food, and trained as a chef in her late 20’s. When she became a mum, Lou realised how important her food skills were now that she had to nurture and nourish not only herself but her small ones.

After speaking with other parents, Lou realised just how fortunate she was to feel confident in her ability in the kitchen. In 2021, she started her business Little Lou Cooks, where she now shares her recipes online full-time. She has 1M followers on Instagram, and 754k on Facebook and 138k on TikTok (@littleloucooks). Her first book Make & Freeze (2025) was an instant Sunday Times Bestseller.
