Liz Pichon
Book for an event
Liz Pichon is the bestselling British author and illustrator behind the multi-award-winning Tom Gates series of children's books, which have sold over 16 million copies worldwide. Her distinctive style, which combines text with a high volume of doodles and illustrations in a diary format, was influenced by her own experiences with undiagnosed dyslexia and a desire to create engaging books for reluctant readers. Before becoming a celebrated author and illustrator, Liz worked as an art director in the music industry. The success of her first Tom Gates book in 2011, which won the Roald Dahl Funny Prize and the Waterstones Children's Book Prize, launched a global phenomenon that has since been adapted into an animated television series and a stage show.

Bill is bored. Not just a bit bored but really really bored. His owner Mrs Pickle is never bored. She's always busy reading, gardening, cooking or doing kung fu. But Bill finds it all very dull, until one windy day he's blown up in the air and off into space . . .
A hilarious reminder that life never has to be boring, from the brilliantly funny Liz Pichon!
Mother Pig has had enough of her three horrid little pigs. So she packs their bags and sends them on their way. The first two little pigs build their houses by stealing straw and pinching twigs. The third little pig is so lazy, he moves into a hen house! What terrible little pigs they are! Will the big, friendly wolf help them see the error of their ways?
A fantastically fractured fairytale from the brilliant Liz Pichon! Perfect for families who love laugh-out-loud storytelling.
