Kristen Chow

Kristen Chow is a Canadian-born Chinese illustrator based in Vancouver. She graduated from Emily Carr University of Art + Design with a BFA in illustration, and now works to bring colourful stories, worlds, and characters to life. In her artwork, she often draws inspiration from the culturally blended nature of her own experiences, and hopes to encourage young readers to be creative, much like how books did for her in her childhood. When not immersed in illustrating, Kristen enjoys eating good food, spending time with loved ones, and cuddling her two cats, Cadbury & Henry!
