Originally from Southern California, she lives and creates in her home studio near Sedona, Arizona. As the founder of Kumomi Studio, a creative consulting and design company, Karen Elaine has taught various online art and crafts classes and has developed creative products for the art materials industry for over three decades. Her innovative product development and generous teaching style have left indelible marks on the industry. A two-time breast cancer survivor, Karen has used her art and creativity for healing, inspiration, and empowerment.
