Jen Hamilton

Jen Hamilton is a labour and delivery nurse, ER veteran, mother, and creator with a social media following of more than 4.5 million on TikTok and 1.7 million on Instagram. She has worked as an ER and obstetrics nurse for over a decade, much of that time at the bedside caring for families welcoming babies into the world.

Jen has been featured by CNN, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, Daily Mail, The New York Post, and more. She also founded Hot Mess Express, a non-profit offering free house cleaning and organising support for overwhelmed low-income parents. She is passionate about improving outcomes for families, dismantling systemic racism and misogyny in obstetrical and gynaecological care, and advancing empathetic, timely, compassionate communication.
