EMMIE SATRAZEMIS, RD, is a registered dietitian and board-certified specialist in sports dietetics with over 15 years of experience. She is the former dietitian for the Navy SEAL team in Coronado, CA, and has worked with collegiate and professional athletes including DC United Soccer, Georgetown University Sports, and Team USA.
