Elly Wentworth, Head Chef at The Angel and representative of the South West on the BBC's Great British Menu, has been cooking since she was 13 and studied Professional Cookery at City College Plymouth. She is the Winner of South West Chef of the Year 2014, and Winner of South West Young Professional Chef of the Year 2012 and 2014.
