David Howe is a British writer, journalist, publisher, and media historian. He has co-written numerous Doctor Who factual books including The Television Companion, three Decades books and seven volumes of The Handbook. Solo writing projects include Timeframe, A Book of Monsters, The Target Book, The Who Adventures and and his recent memoir Who Me! In 2000, in collaboration with Stephen James Walker, he set up Telos Publishing and published Howe’s Transcendental Toybox, co-written with Arnold T Blumberg, and a successful series of Doctor Who novellas. Other writing includes Daemos Rising, a film directed by Keith Barnfather, and a subsequent paperback novelisation.
