BONNIE NASAR, RDN, has been a registered dietitian for more than 20 years. She currently maintains a private practice via telenutrition, specializing in chronic pain and its associated conditions. She lives in New Jersey, where she spends a lot of time drinking tea and cooking meals for her husband and four children.
