Audrey Colman made per picture-book illustration debut with Walter the Farting Dog, and then went on to write and illustrate Francine, the Beach Party Queen, which has a pro-animal theme. Her art has been featured in a variety of products, including magazines, posters and multimedia projects. She lives in Berkeley, California.
