Alyssa Pickering is a fantasy writer based in the United States. After embarking on a brief academic detour to earn a B.S. in Human Development and a M.A. in Family and Community Services, she remembered her preference for imaginary worlds and returned to her lifelong dream of writing novels. When Alyssa isn’t fighting her cat for control of her laptop, she can be found eating sushi, daydreaming about her next travel location, or spending time with her family.
