ABOUT THE AUTHOR You wouldn’t want Dr Adam Taor looking after you if you were sick, but he’d happily write about it. That’s because he is a health writer who happens to have a medical degree - he decided soon after qualifying as a doctor that it wasn’t for him. He became a health journalist at a Sydney newspaper. He is currently Head of Copy at a health care advertising agency, and he also writes columns for THE WEEKEND AUSTRALIAN on bugs (like the ones in THERE’S A WORM ON MY EYEBALL) and on bits of the human body you’ve never heard of. He lives in Sydney with his two cats, Bones and Halo. ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR Douglas Holgate is a freelance illustrator based in Melbourne, Australia. He has work published in Europe, the U. S. and Australia by the likes of Random House, Simon & Schuster, THE NEW YORKER magazine and Image Comics. His palatial grounds are open to the public 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
