The Midwife Mumma Sleep Masterclass: Plenty Valley

It takes a village to raise a child. Westfield Plenty Valley Village have created an event for parents to come together, learn something new, connect and have a laugh along the way.

We've partnered up with our favourite sleep consultant, The Midwife Mumma (@themidwifemumma) to bring you the Plenty Valley Village x The Midwife Mumma: The Fourth Trimester.

Mother of four, the wonderful Amelia Lamont is a midwife of over 9 years, sleep consultant, and successful blogger. Sharing her wealth of knowledge and own experience, The Midwife Mumma will be taking you through her proven baby and toddler sleep methods that have kept her own family happy, sane, content and well rested. The masterclass will cover a range of different topics from and age groups from 0-4 months, 5-12 months and 1-3 years old.

This event will focus on

• Sleep, Feeding and Settling
• Sleep tips for 3x stages
• An introduction to the Fourth Trimester
• Building a support system
• Life changes in the Fourth trimester
