A former English teacher, Barbara Hannay is a city-bred girl with a yen for country life. Many of her forty-plus books, including The Country Wedding and The Grazier’s Wife are set in rural and outback Australia and have been enjoyed by readers around the world. She has won the RITA, awarded by Romance Writers of Australia, and has twice won the Romantic Book of the Year award in Australia.
Her upcoming book Summer of Secrets is a multi-generational romance steeped in mystery and secrets that will pull at readers’ heartstrings. Publishing 30 July 2018.
Christine Wells worked as a corporate lawyer in a city firm before exchanging contracts and prospectuses for a different kind of fiction. In her novels, including The Traitor’s Girl and The Wife’s Tale, she writes about brave, smart women who face extraordinary challenges and draws on a lifelong love of British history and an abiding fascination for World War II spies.
Kate Morton meets John le Carre in The Juliet Code, Christine’s upcoming historical novel, packed full with spies, love, betrayal and secrets. Publishing 30 April 2018.
After 28 years as an airline captain, Helene Young has swapped the sky for the sea to go in search of adventure with her husband aboard their sailing catamaran. The rural and remote places she visits, and the fascinating people she meets, provide boundless inspiration for her novels. Her six novels, which include Safe Harbour and Northern Heat, have won many awards including Romantic Book of the Year in Australia.
In her upcoming novel Return to Roseglen, sibling rivalries and long-held secrets have the power to make – or break – a family in crisis. Publishing 2 July 2018.
