Join brilliant Queensland authors Barbara Hannay, Christine Wells and Helene Young to celebrate those books that champion love in their pages.

As well as talking about their new books Summer of Secrets, The Juliet Code and Return to Roseglen, the authors will be chatting about love stories, writing women’s stories forwomen and more. All attendees will receive a small gift. Books will be available for purchase and signings.

A former English teacher, Barbara Hannay is a city-bred girl with a yen for country life. Many of her forty-plus books, including The Country Wedding and The Grazier’s Wife are set in rural and outback Australia and have been enjoyed by readers around the world. She has won the RITA, awarded by Romance Writers of Australia, and has twice won the Romantic Book of the Year award in Australia.

Her upcoming book Summer of Secrets is a multi-generational romance steeped in mystery and secrets that will pull at readers’ heartstrings. Publishing 30 July 2018.

Christine Wells worked as a corporate lawyer in a city firm before exchanging contracts and prospectuses for a different kind of fiction.
