About the authors

Simon Rimmer

Simon Rimmer is the chef and co-presenter of Sunday Brunch. He has presented and cooked on a variety of shows and his numerous credits include: Britain’s Favourite Food, Tricks of the Restaurant Trade and Eat The Week among others. He also appeared in Strictly Come Dancing 2017. To add to his talents, Simon has written and published five successful cookbooks, he also regularly contributes to food magazines including Delicious, Olive, and BBC Good Food Magazine and Vegetarian Living. Simon is also a favourite at food festivals and demonstrations across the country. He has in the past appeared at BBC Good Food Show and Grand Designs Live, as well as many local and regional events across the UK. Aside from his hectic filming schedule Simon is a chef/owner of 11 restaurants in the North West of England and two in the Middle East.

Tim Lovejoy

Tim Lovejoy was one-half of Britain's best-loved football show Soccer AM. Along with Helen Chamberlain, he catwalked with Lucy Pinder, offered a fiver to any fan who held up a banner with "Lovejoy is a legend" on it at a match, saved Chip from his girlfriend, successfully lobbied for the word "bouncebackability" to enter the Collins English Dictionary, and uttered the famous words, "It's only Ray Parlour," in the 2002 FA Cup Final. (Moments later, Parlour scored a brilliant goal. Against his beloved Chelsea.) He has also presented Fifth Gear on Channel 5, Something for the Weekend on BBC2, and writes a weekly column for Nuts magazine.
