There can be no justice in a world like this.  In Tokyo, there were six districts that allowed vampires to live freely... as long as they followed the rules. The investigation of a drug exclusive for night-stalkers, "Amrita", was only the first step in what became a social and political conflict that threatened to break this fragile peace. Now that that society is crumbling, what will become of both species going forward? This rock & roll song reaches its ending with a high note!
