Emma Sutherland is a fully qualified naturopath and TV presenter. She was the resident nutritionist on Lifestyle Channel's Eat Yourself Sexy. She consults at multi-disciplinary health clinics, and specialises in women's health issues. Her online course, 8 Week Mojo Maker, has helped women all over the world increase their vitality and improve their health.

Michelle Thrift

Michelle Thrift is a home economist, recipe developer and a professional in commercial cookery. A passionate food expert with over 17 years of industry experience, including the Sydney Olympics, she has also worked for television and magazines. She currently works as a culinary and innovation adviser at a leading food manufacturer.
