About
Sue Saliba lives on Phillip Island in Victoria with her husband Bruno, her two cats Minou and Charbon, and her dog Sally. She has previously published the young adult novel Watching Seagulls, and the children's book The Skin of a Star, as well as short stories and poetry. Her second novel something in the world called love won the Victorian Premier's Award for young adult fiction and the APA Design Awards Best Children's Cover. Her third young adult novel, Alaska, was published in 2011.

{ view all }The Australian Book Industry Awards were held in Sydney on Friday night. It was a great night for Penguin with our books taking the top honors in four book categories including the prestigious Book of the Year. Congratulations also to Peg McColl, Kate McCormack and the rights team who won the International (Rights) Award for the second year running for Paul French's book Midnight in Peking. United Book Distributors were again named Distributor of the Year.
