Jamie Oliver’s new book, Everyday Super Food, out nationwide this week
Over the last year, in the run up to his 40th birthday, Jamie Oliver has been on a personal journey, exploring his relationship with food and his body, and rediscovering how to make his ‘engine’ run as efficiently as possible.   By making some gradual and significant changes to his diet and lifestyle, he has seen a dramatic improvement in his own health and wellbeing. Now he wants to share what he has learnt with everyone else.
